Missions Giving

offering.jpgMissions giving through your local church
Yes, giving to your local church budget is "missions giving" because your church has been called by God to serve as a local missions strategy center! Give generously to your local church and be part of reaching your community for Christ.

Your local association
Your church is a part of a local association of Baptist churches, and most likely gives a percentage of its undesignated receipts to the association. Your local associational missionary not only serves the local churches but helps your association start new churches.

cplogo.jpgCooperative Program
You and your church can touch the entire world through the Cooperative Program. Churches voluntarily give a percentage of their undesignated receipts to the Cooperative Program, which allows them to simultaneously support Arkansas Baptist State Convention missions work, North American Mission Board missions work, International Mission Board missions work, and more.

For more on the Cooperative Program, see the CP Missions website.

Annual Offerings

Every year, Arkansas Baptists observe three special giving opportunities related to world missions:

•The Annie Armstrong Easter Offering for North American Missions
•The Lottie Moon Christmas Offering for International Missions
•The Dixie Jackson Arkansas Missions Offering.
