The Arkansas Baptist State Convention and forty-one other Southern Baptist state conventions, in cooperation with the GuideStone Financial Resources SBC and LifeWay Christian Resources have joined together to complete the SBC Compensation Study. Various general reports from this study are available on the internet. These reports are based on a survey conducted by the participating state conventions during Spring 2008. Over 13,000 church staff members participated in this survey.

A unique feature of this study is the customized study report.
