Thank you to all of you who continue to support the ministry and missions efforts here at home through the Dixie Jackson Arkansas Missions Offering.
Thank you for your generosity, which becomes more evident every day as our 2016 offering goal moves closer to reality. We look back on 2016 and praise God for the thousands of lives that were impacted through the work of Arkansas Baptists as we partnered together to minister to those in need and shared the Gospel with so many who didn’t know Jesus.
As this year comes to a close and we enter the Christmas season, we remember that this celebration of the birth of our Savior is not only a time to reflect but also to respond. Because Jesus came and because He died for us, we have a purpose. We have a mission.
The challenge presented through this year’s Dixie Jackson Arkansas missions emphasis is to respond to God’s glorious gift by “Living the Gospel” every day of our lives. We praise God for what He is going to do in our state, our nation, and around the world as we continue to partner together in the coming year.
Take some time to discover all of the ways you can be involved in 2017 by visiting the Dixie Jackson page for events, ministries, and resources (all made available through your generous gifts!). Watch for details on some brand new ministries and mission opportunities that will be introduced this coming year. Begin planning now to go and to join other Arkansas Baptists across the state in “Living the Gospel.”
Let’s continue to partner together—sharing our time, our prayers, and our financial resources—to impact the state and the people we are called to love.
