Intentional Interim Description and Directory

Many churches are finding the Intentional Interim Ministry (IIM) to be very helpful when a pastor resigns. The IIM is led by a trained Intentional Interim Pastor who leads the church with the help of a Transition Team through five focus points.

Pastor Search Committee Booklet

Church members have various reactions to the time between pastors. In most churches, we call it the interim time. During this phase of church life, the church may spend time getting direction for the interim, determine what kind of pastor is needed for the church, elect a search committee, go through the search and call process and get ready for the ministry of the new pastor.
