The Leadership & Worship team provides training for many church leaders in Making It Work Associational Leadership Conferences. These conferences are planned with the associational missionary and deal with a wide range of topics. The topics are of interest to pastors, staff members, deacons, ministers wives, women’s ministry leaders, committee members, and many other church leaders.
