Preparing for Retirement 2016

What: A seminar designed to assist church employees and their spouses prepare themselves for retirement, both emotionally and financially.  Topics will include understanding that retirement is much more than simply a financial decision, how much money is typically required for retirement, where those resources will come from, Social Security and Medicare, options for withdrawing money from one’s GuideStone account, and a proper investment strategy as retirement approaches. Additionally, participants will be given tools to help them make informed decisions about their retirement years.

Who should attend: Anyone of any age who is on staff at a Southern Baptist Church and has a GuideStone retirement account.
