Step 1: COLLECT PARTICIPANT INFO
If you need an EVENT INFORMATION sheet to distribute (w/ 5 registration blanks), click HERE
If you need a LARGE GROUP FORM (w/ less details and 20 registration blanks), click HERE
Step 2: REGISTER YOUR GROUP AND PAY
Once you have the people attending, click HERE to register your group and pay for participants (pay with online check or credit card)
- You'll be asked enter the contact person’s information, the church/group info, and number of people you are registering and paying for, 7 years and younger (FREE); 8 years and older ($10 per person).
- During the online registration process you’ll be prompted to open, download, and save the official registration spreadsheet (Excel format). You’ll use this spreadsheet in Step 3.
- Choose payment type and complete payment process.
Step 3: SUBMIT PARTICIPANT INFO
Open the official registration spreadsheet (in Excel format) (that you downloaded when you paid or click HERE if you need another copy)
- Fill in all fields with church and participant information that you collected
- Submit the spreadsheet (in Excel format) by email to firstname.lastname@example.org
