In this episode of The Grind, Neal talks to friend, Kevin Sartin from First Baptist Church in Nashville, Arkansas. Sartin has been the pastor at FBC for seven and a half years and has had experience in developing and maintaining partnerships with church plants across the state and around the world. 

They talk about Sartin's '555' plan to establishing partnerships with local, state, national, and international churches. They also talk about how easy it really is to partner with a church plant and that it's not always as scary as it seems.
