This IMB-led workshop will empower and encourage pastors and leaders with strategies to mobilize the church as well as raise up missionaries from within the church. Ideally, pastors would attend alongside their church missions leaders so they can work together throughout the workshop to tailor their strategies to their own needs and the vision God is giving them.
