Get ready for an exciting weekend, Friday night and Saturday, January 24-25, 2020, with a massive choir made up of students from all over the state under the direction of Clinician Trent Blackley from First Baptist Church, Rockwall, Texas. PraizFest is for students grades 6-12. Whether your church has a few students who love singing or several dozen students in a student choir ministry, PraizFest will be an opportunity for them to meet, rehearse, and sing a finale concert with students from all over the state.
LEADERS REGISTER HERE -- NOTE: You will need total number of students and adults attending, student voice parts, and T-shirt sizes for your group to register. Completed registration must be submitted no later than January 13, 2020. All persons attending must pre-register (students and sponsors).
Cost of Event: Registration is $25.00 per person (includes all snacks, lunch on Saturday & PraizFest T-shirts). Please make checks payable to ABSC and mail on or before January 13 to ABSC-PRAIZFEST, 10 Remington Drive, Little Rock, AR 72204.
Note: Leaders/Directors will need to order the PraizFest Arkansas 2020 Music for your students, if your church doesn't already have these selections. See below for ordering information.

Solo Tryouts, 6:15 - 7:00 p.m. (students trying out for solos must have signed permission from director)
First rehearsal starts at 7:00 p.m.- VERY IMPORTANT REHEARSAL!
Saturday, January 25, Opening worship- 8:30 a.m.
Grand Finale Worship Saturday, 3:00 p.m.- Invite Friends and Family!
The Grand Finale Concert attire will be jeans and PraizFest T-shirt.

Trent is the Minister of Music and Worship at First Baptist, Rockwall, TX. He previously served at The Heights Baptist Church in Richardson for 10 years and First Baptist Sunnyvale for 12 years. Trent is also the new Director of the Singing Men of TX, North Central chapter, following in the footsteps of his music minister dad, Don, who directed the group for almost 30 years. In the area of education, he has acquired a Bachelor of Music at Oklahoma Baptist University and a Master of Music at Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary.
Trent and his wife Joi have been married 28 years and have two children, Nathan (20) and Rachel (18). He is an avid runner and cyclist and in 2016 completed his first Boston Marathon and 50 mile ultra-marathon. Trent served as PraizFest clinician in 2016 and is excited to join us again in Arkansas for PraizFest 2020.
