Medical and Dental Missions
Medical and Dental clinics are an excellent avenue for the local church to meet needs and share the gospel of Jesus Christ. While attending to people's immediate physical needs, we are also able to minister to their eternal/spiritual needs. The Missions Team will partner with an ABSC church or Association to host a medical and dental clinic, to meet the needs of the the under-served in their community. All medical and dental services are provided free of charge.
VOLUNTEER INFORMATION
The Medical and Dental Missions Team is actively recruiting volunteers for upcoming clinics. Volunteers needed include dentists, dental assistants, hygienists, eye doctors, medical doctors, nurses and pharmacists. If you're a Medical or Dental professional (Doctor/Dentist, Nurse, Pharmacist) and you are interested in serving on a Saturday with us, please fill out this form!
SCHEDULING A MEDICAL AND DENTAL CLINIC
The Medical and Dental Missions Team is excited about the possibility of partnering with your church to provide a free Medical/Dental Clinic to your community. Clinics are held only on Saturdays during March-September. Some dates may not be available due to holidays and/or other calendar conflicts. Clinic location (physical building) may also be a determining factor in scheduling.
2027 Medical/Dental Clinics:
- March 6 - Serve NWA - Elmdale Baptist Springdale
- April 3 - FBC West Memphis
- April 17 - FBC Hot Springs
- May 1 - Trinity Assoc. One Day - Black Oak Baptist, Tyronza
- June 12 - FBC Dardanelle
- June 26 - Owensville Baptist Church
- July 31 - Compass South Batesville
- August 14 - Grace Cowboy Church, Warren
- August 28 - Foothills BC, Mountain View
- September 18 - FBC Marmaduke
- October 2 - ONE DAY
To begin the process of scheduling a Clinic, please follow these steps: We are no longer taking requests for 2027. Please check back later to request a 2028 clinic.
- Read “Host Church Responsibilities.”
- If you have questions regarding responsibilities, facility size, etc., please contact Jennifer Allbritton, ABSC Medical/Dental Clinic Coordinator (jallbritton@absc.org).
- Complete and submit the Clinic Request Form. The request form can be submitted January 1 – September 1 of the year prior to requested date for your Clinic. (The deadline for requesting a 2027 Clinic was September 1, 2026.)
- The annual Medical/Dental Clinic schedule will be finalized by October 1 of the prior year and confirmation will be provided to the host church by October 15.
