About the Event
The Arkansas Baptist State Convention is here with one purpose and one goal: to assist churches in reaching their communities and impacting lostness. The Annual Meeting of the Arkansas Baptist State Convention will take place at First Baptist Church in Russellville, October 20–21. This is a pivotal event for individuals and congregations committed to the mission and work of local churches that make up the ABSC.
Childcare will not be provided at the ABSC 2025. Please make arrangements for childcare on your own.

Annual Meeting
At this year’s Annual Meeting of the Arkansas Baptist State Convention, we will gather around the theme of what it means to “Follow.” The Annual Meeting will begin on Monday evening in conjunction with the final portion of the Pastors' Conference. It will conclude Tuesday afternoon.
Pastors' Conference
The 2025 Pastors' Conference will begin with lunch on Monday at noon. Registration is required for lunch. The registration deadline is noon on Monday, October 13.
Ministers' Wives Conference
The Ministers' Wives Conference will begin with lunch at 12 PM on October 20. Registration is required for lunch. The registration deadline is noon on Monday, October 13.
Mission Connection
Mission Connection is a way for church leaders to meet SBC planters and missionaries serving around the world! We'll gather for dinner on Sunday, October 19. Registration is required.
Annual Hispanic Baptist Celebration
Join us for the Annual Hispanic Baptist Celebration: a time of worship, fellowship, and encouragement for churches, pastors, and planters. This special gathering will highlight God’s work among Hispanic Baptists across Arkansas.

Young Leaders Lunch
Pastors and staff, join us for lunch as we hear from Dr. Mark Dance about how we as leaders can build relationships for accountability, growth, and encouragement. We are excited to learn from him during this time together! Registration is required. The deadline to register is Tuesday, October 14.

Farewell Reception for Dr. Rex Horne
Join us as we celebrate the faithful leadership and ministry of Dr. Rex Horne as he transitions from his role as Executive Director of the Arkansas Baptist State Convention. The reception will take place Monday, Oct. 20, following the evening session of Annual Meeting in the Gym.
