A Whole Heart for a Holy God.
In a world full of distractions, discouragement, and spiritual drift, God is calling His people to return to the heart of what matters most—an undivided devotion to Him.
Undivided: A Whole Heart for a Holy God is more than just a conference—it's a space and time intentionally set aside for pastors, church leaders, and ministry teams to recalibrate, refocus, and renew their hearts before a holy God. We’re excited to gather with you this year at FBC Russellville, and this year will feature engaging worship led by Cory Epps, known for leading God’s people with authenticity. Come ready to lift your voice and be refreshed in God’s presence.
We're extremely honored to welcome two incredible communicators of God’s Word: Ed Newton, Lead Pastor of Community Bible Church in San Antonio, whose passion for the gospel and heart for pastors will both challenge and uplift you, as well as John Meador, Lead Pastor of Cross City Church in Euless, Texas, who brings deep wisdom and a prophetic call to wholehearted, holy living in ministry.
In a time when the pressures of leadership can pull hearts in every direction, this conference is a call to return—to rekindle your love for Jesus, to realign your priorities, and to be reminded that God is not after performance, but purity. Not perfection, but pursuit.
Whether you’re weary, thriving, or somewhere in between, the 2025 Pastors' Conference is a place to be with other pastors who know the weight of the calling, and who long to carry it with integrity, joy, and a whole heart.
Don’t miss this opportunity to experience God’s renewing power and leave encouraged, equipped, and undivided!
Meet the Speakers
Ed Newton
Lead Pastor of Community Bible Church in San Antonio, TX
Dr. Ed Newton seeks to inspire people to become and make disciples of Jesus wherever they go. He is the lead pastor of Community Bible Church in San Antonio, TX, and holds his Doctorate of Ministry in addition to authoring several books. He and his wife, Stephanie, and their four children live in San Antonio, where he’s most likely shooting hoops with his son when he’s not preaching or writing.
John Meador
Lead Pastor of Cross City Church in Euless, TX
John Meador has served as a lead pastor for nearly 40 years, most recently at Cross City Church in Euless, Texas since 2006. The church is intergenerational and multi-ethnic, and has pioneered many kingdom initiatives that are impacting thousands. Part of John’s story is born out of adversity. As a small child, a severe illness resulted in an irreversible hearing loss that left him profoundly deaf. This has given him the opportunity to experience God’s grace in multiple ways. He has watched God turn his disappointments into hope and purpose and believes “[You] can do all things through Christ who gives [you] strength.” John has pastored churches in Oklahoma, Tennessee, and Texas. He and His wife Kim have been married for 45 years and are parents of 6 grown children. John loves distance cycling, “real” sports, and enjoys messing around with his oldest truck - an OBS Ford F-150.
