Dr. Katie Fruge Dr. Katie Fruge Director of the Center for Cultural Engagement; Director of the Christian Life Commission

Dr. Katie Frugé serves as the Director of the Center for Cultural Engagement and The Christian Life Commission for the Baptist General Convention of Texas. In her role, she helps churches navigate the cultural issues of the day from a Biblical perspective.

Neftali Alverio Jr. (Nef) is vice president of Technology and Digital Innovation at Lifeway. In this role, he collaborates with Lifeway’s IT leadership to shape a strategic vision that drives productivity and gospel centered innovation through technology. Since joining Lifeway in 2020, Alverio has brought extensive experience from leading engineering teams at global organizations such Aptar and Amazon. Passionate about the intersection of technology and ministry, Alverio holds a bachelor's degree in computer systems engineering and a master's in computer science and is currently pursuing a Master of Divinity at Southern Baptist Theological Seminary.

Registration begins at 9:30 am. The conference will begin at 10 am and conclude at 3pm. Lunch is provided.

Is lunch provided?

Yes, lunch will be provided at no cost to you. Just make sure you register so we know you're joining us!

Do I need to register?

Yes, registration is required by Wednesday, December 10.

Does it cost anything to attend the conference?

No, attending the conference is free and open to any Arkansas Baptist. Just make sure you register!
