Women’s ministry is a powerful way to disciple women and point them to the hope of the Gospel. We know that it may look different from church to church—ranging from a small group Bible study to a full blown, multifaceted ministry. No matter the structure, the heart remains the same: helping women grow in Christ as they worship, grow, connect, serve, and share life together.
Arkansas Baptist Women exists to equip women’s ministry leaders with resources, consultation, strategy, and relational conversations as leaders disciple and encourage the women of their church in the Gospel.

Leadership Collective | February
Leadership Collective is a one-day workshop for women who serve their local church as the leader of women’s ministry events, discipleship, small groups, and other activities for women.

SBC Minister's Wives Luncheon
Join other Arkansas Baptist Ministers Wivesat the SBC for encouragement and refreshment! Ministers Wives have a role in the church unlike any other. As a minister’s wife, you serve faithfully beside your husband day in and day out doing many jobs that you are gifted in, and many you are not! It is our joy to honor YOU at the SBC National Convention Ministers Wives Luncheon to encourage you in your calling and give you space to enjoy time with other women serving in similar roles. We hope you will join us at this year’s luncheon!
Minister's Wives Conference | October
Each year, the Arkansas Baptist State Convention provides a luncheon for all ministers’ wives. The sole purpose of the event is to minister to and encourage all ministers’ wives. This event is free, and the only thing you need to do is register!
