Church Administration Workshop
Join us for an informative and practical workshop designed to equip churches and ministry leaders with the tools needed to strengthen administration and stewardship. Whether you are a new church considering incorporation, an established ministry seeking investment options for reserve or designated funds, or you have questions about church accounting, our goal is to equip you and your church with the resources to operate with excellence.
This workshop is hosted in partnership by the Arkansas Baptist Foundation and Arkansas Baptists.
About the Workshop
July 30, 2026 | 10 AM-1 PM or 5:30PM-8:30 PM* | 10 Remington Drive, Little Rock AR
Throughout the workshop, you will gain insight into essential areas such as nonprofit responsibilities, governance, compensation planning, and financial best practices. A special focus will be given to foundational church accounting, including how to properly receive and disburse funds, the importance of separation of duties, understanding audits versus reviews, managing general, designated, and restricted funds, and establishing clear financial reporting. You’ll also hear practical guidance on compliance, policies, and security considerations that help protect your church and its resources—equipping you to operate with excellence and maximize Kingdom impact.
