What is D-Five?

The D-Five Diagnostic Workshop provides a dashboard approach that can be used to evaluate the health of the church disciplemaking environment. It helps the church determine solutions for improving and integrating processes, worship, and groups into their disciplemaking strategy by leading each church to answer five disciplemaking questions. Each church team will walk away with a plan for improving or strengthening their current disciplemaking strategy.

What are the 5 questions?

• Have you clearly defined disciple-making (in your church)?
   
• Have you determined your disciple-making context?
   
• Have you designed disciple-making connections?
   
• Have you developed a disciple-making culture of service?
   
• How are you delivering disciple-making outcomes?
