Equip Conference
EQUIP:SMC is designed specifically with Smaller Membership Church (SMC) leaders in mind. Whether full-time, bi-vocational, or volunteer, SMC ministry has many unique and challenging demands. This conference aims to further equip and encourage those serving in SMC ministry.
"to equip the saints for the work of ministry, to build up the body of Christ, until we all reach unity in the faith and in the knowledge of God’s Son, growing into maturity with a stature measured by Christ’s fullness" - Ephesians 4:12-13
All Equip conferences are free, but registration is required for lunch and free materials.

Jim Daniel is the Music and Worship Strategist at Arkansas Baptists. At the conference, Jim will speak about "Worship Planning…with Limited Resources".
Vickie Lee serves as the Arkansas Baptist Women Ministers’ Wives Equipping Coordinator. Vickie oversees the development of Ministers’ Wives Fellowship Groups across Arkansas. At the Conference, Vickie will lead special sessions for Ministers' Wives.
