We want to equip churches to make disciples in Arkansas and around the world.
Every ministry, every initiative, and every resource we provide exists to serve Arkansas Baptists as we work together to make disciples and advance the Gospel. Our teams are organized around three core areas of focus: supporting the health of pastors and churches, investing in the next generation and young leaders, and mobilizing believers for mission.
The Pastor + Church Health Team
The Pastor + Church Health Team exists to strengthen pastors, ministry leaders, and churches across Arkansas through intentional care, encouragement, and strategic ministry support.
Through a regional model, experienced ministry leaders serve pastors and congregations closer to where they live and minister - helping build healthier connections with churches across the state. The Pastor + Church Health Team focuses on pastor wellness, church health, revitalization, and ministry support so churches can flourish for long-term Kingdom impact.

The Generations Team
The Generations Team exists to help churches reach, disciple, and develop the next generation of Arkansas Baptists from early childhood through seminary and young leader development.
By bringing together ministries focused on children, students, collegiates, and young adults, the team creates a unified pathway for discipleship and leadership development. Through camps, ministry partnerships, leadership training, and more, the Generations Team helps churches identify and equip future ministry leaders.

The Missions Team
The Missions Team exists to equip and mobilize Arkansas Baptists to engage in the Great Commission through evangelism, church planting, disaster relief, and missions partnerships.
From local outreach to international engagement, the Missions Team helps churches reach unengaged, unreached, and underserved people with the hope of the Gospel. Through partnerships across Arkansas and around the world, the team supports churches as they faithfully live on mission.
