John McCallum — Senior Pastor
First Baptist Church, Hot Springs

John has served as pastor of First Baptist Church since 1995, coming to Hot Springs from suburban Kansas City, Missouri, where he served for over 13 years at First Baptist Church of Greenwood. John received his bachelor’s degree from the University of Arkansas in Fayetteville and did his masters and doctoral work at Midwestern Baptist Theological Seminary in Kansas City, Missouri. John has been married to Dayna since 1977. They have two children; Nathan and Kristen, and 7 grandchildren. In ministry, John most enjoys preaching/teaching, engaging with people, and missions. Outside of work, John enjoys following the Razorbacks, playing with his grandkids, World War II history, golf, reading, dabbling with his guitar, and fitness training.

Wyman Richardson — Pastor
Central Baptist Church, North Little Rock

Wyman and his wife, Roni, are the parents of Hannah Richardson. He has served as the pastor of Central Baptist Church in North Little Rock, Arkansas, since January of 2011. Wyman received a Bachelor of Arts in History at the University of South Carolina, the Master of Divinity degree from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary, and the Doctor of Ministry degree from the Beeson Divinity School.

Previously, he served as the pastor of First Baptist Church in Dawson, Georgia, Stonecrest Baptist Church in Woodstock, Georgia, and Jimtown Baptist Church in Burneyville, Oklahoma.

Steven Smith — Senior Pastor
Immanuel Baptist Church, Little Rock

Steven W. Smith is a fourth generation pastor. After being a pastor for many years, Dr. Smith most recently served as Vice President for Student Services and Professor of Preaching at Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary. He also served on the preaching team at Prestonwood Baptist Church in Plano, TX. Dr. Smith is passionate about preaching and teaching preaching in the classroom. He is the author of two books on preaching: Dying to Preach, and Recapturing the Voice of God, and the co-author of Preaching for the Rest of Us, as well as related academic articles and chapters in books. He is currently busy with two other book projects. Most importantly he is married to his best friend Ashley and they have three children, Jewell, Sidney, and Shepherd.

Jarvis Smith — Pastor
West Helena Second Baptist Church, West Helena

Jarvis has served as pastor of Second Baptist Church of West Helena for 28 years, and as President of the Phillips County Ministers Alliance for 14 years. He also currently serves as the Director of the Department of Probation for Phillips, Lee, and Monroe counties’ 1st Judicial Juvenile Court, having previously served two terms as the Phillips County Moderator. Rev. Smith has worked with youth since 1984, having coordinated behavioral health workshops for families with troubled teens in five counties. He was President of the Helena-West Helena Public School District’s School Board for two years.

Rev. Smith attended Southern Illinois University (SIU) in Edwardsville, Illinois. He is a husband, father, grandfather, and great-grandfather.

Greg Kirksey — Teaching Pastor
The Church at Rock Creek, Little Rock

Greg joined the staff at Rock Creek in January of 2000.  As the Teaching Pastor he serves alongside Senior Pastor Mark Evans in providing leadership for Rock Creek — reaching the unchurched in central Arkansas as well as groups around the world.  

Greg served as an Adjunct Professor at Ouachita Baptist University for three years, and is a guest speaker communicating practical truths of the Bible to various churches, groups, and organizations. Before coming to Rock Creek, Greg served as the pastor of churches in Arkansas and Texas. He has served in a number of denominational leadership positions including two terms as the President of the Arkansas Baptist State Convention.

Greg is a graduate of Ouachita Baptist University and Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary.  He and his wife Keeley live in Benton and have three grown children, Angie, Jared, and Kyle.

BIll Elliff — Directional Pastor
The Summit Church, North Little Rock

Bill Elliff is the founder and Senior Teaching Pastor of The Summit Church in North Little Rock, Arkansas. His passion is to see both genuine revival and methodological renewal in the church—both new wine and new wineskins.


He is a frequent conference speaker, writer, and consultant to churches drawing from his 49+ years of pastoring and revival ministry. Bill is also the Pastor/Church Director for OneCry! A Nationwide Call for Spiritual Awakening and the other of twelve books and booklets and numerous articles.


He lives to faithfully and effectively communicate the whole counsel of God to as many people as possible through preaching, writing, church development, and personal equipping that they may become intimate, reproducing disciples of Jesus Christ.
